This encompasses the development and implementation of clinical protocols, ongoing training, and quality assurance measures to ensure compliance with established medical standards. Not to be confused with operational oversight, which pertains to the management of EMS resources and personnel deployment, medical oversight specifically focuses on clinical practices within frameworks such as NIMS and ICS.
